In the past years, Samsung released a different variety of smart phones. The new Samsung Galaxy Note 8 was already released yesterday (August 24, 2017), and if you will take a look at the device the phone looks like the Galaxy S8. Samsung has been criticized for not comparing the Galaxy Note 8 from the Galaxy S8. The released of Galaxy Note 8, seems that the company has made some decisions as in the past.

According to android experts, that placing the fingerprint sensor below the camera of the device is an easier way to locate for it. Samsung place the fingerprint sensor for Galaxy Note 8 lower than the location on the Galaxy S8, which helps the user locate it by just using their finger. But some say that the position makes the user feel uncomfortable, especially when they are using large device.

            Aside from fingerprint sensor location, they also have different camera specifications. For Galaxy S8, the border and lens is square and it is located between the monitor and LED Flash on the left side and the sensor at the right. The shape of the Galaxy Note 8 device is more rectangular and covers the dual camera, as well as the heart rate sensor and the LED flash.

The difference of Note 8 and Galaxy S8 in terms of its SPECIFICATIONS:

There are a lot of similarities as well as differences between the two devices. The two devices both come with either a Qualcomm Snapdragon 835 processor in the US Market or Exynos 8895 for worldwide market.

But RAM installed for Galaxy S8 is only 4GB, while the Galaxy Note 8 has 6GB of RAM, which is known to be the first mass-market Samsung device. The Galaxy Note will also be available with 64 GB, 128GB, or 256GB of expandable storage, while the Galaxy S8 will be limited to 64GB expendable internal storage.

The software being installed in the Galaxy Note 8 is mostly the same with the Galaxy S8. When it comes to S Pen, the two devices are really different. The Galaxy S8 improved the software experience and it has been continued in developing the Galaxy Note 8, especially with new App Pairing feature.
